Installing Packs - PS5
Hello, everyone! So, I am encouraging an issue now that I have uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4. I have downloaded all packs one by one and when I go to play the game, it’s saying that some packs aren’t installed. I go to my storage and verified the pack is indeed installed. I’ve restarted the game and also uninstalled and reinstalled 2x and the same issue is happening. I am a PS5 Pro player. If anyone knows how to resolve this please let me know.RT trigger not working
I really need help. My RT trigger isn’t working on my sims 4 game. It’s not my controller because it works on every other game except the sims. I’ve reset my console and controller and nothing. I deleted my data on the sims and reset the game and still it doesn’t work. I love this game and would really love some help. I’ve tried everything.
[PS5] Gallery Missing in The Sims 4 – Only “My Library” Shows
Hi, I’m playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation 5, and the Gallery has disappeared from the main menu. I only see “My Library.” I’m connected to the internet, the game is fully updated, and social features are enabled. I tried logging into my EA account from in-game, but it gives an error and the Gallery still doesn’t show. I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently on PS5? Is there a known fix or workaround? Thanks for any help!PS5 saving issues
It’s been over a month where I have not been able to play the game because the game won’t save after building. I have restarted, I have cleaned all saved files and started a new saved file and the same issue continues. I have also gotten the crash screen and have reported it along with screenshots
Missing expansion packs
I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?I keep getting an error message crash CE-34878-0
I keep getting CE-34878-0 every time I load up sims. I've restarted, Uninstalled, rebuild database. I've also tried a different console. Nothing has worked. I've tried everything to get it to work. I deleted all saved data (saved it to the cloud) still nothing! Please help or advise. Anyone else having this issue... using ps4 consoleweird audio hissing noises constantly?
I need help for this audio bug fast. Last night, my games audio had a constant hissing noise all of the sudden and it wont stop unless i sleep or pause the game. No matter where i go i always here it and i tried deleting my game and reinstalling it and it still wont stop unless i mute my audio but i dont want to play without audio. I recently downloaded the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack. Since then I have been constantly receiving Error Code: 0 everytime I try to save and if my Sims travel from their home, all their furniture has disappeared when they come back. I really don't want to uninstall the add-on as it cost me literally fourty dollars, but I can't even play the game like normal. I have 5 other expansion packs, 4 game packs, and 1 stuff pack and none of them had this problem. I also have the Businesses and Hobbies pre-order content. I don't know why it's doing this. Does anyone else have this issue?Sims 4
Just today Sims 4 says I don't own certain packs which I do. I can't download other simmers creations as the button for having them in your household is ghosted out. It then says that I can't move to another world space due to not having the relevant packs which I have. The game was working few days ago and now I can't play it. Any help would will be well appreciated.
