Installing Packs - PS5

Hello, everyone! So, I am encouraging an issue now that I have uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4. I have downloaded all packs one by one and when I go to play the game, it’s saying that some packs aren’t installed. I go to my storage and verified the pack is indeed installed. I’ve restarted the game and also uninstalled and reinstalled 2x and the same issue is happening.

I am a PS5 Pro player. If anyone knows how to resolve this please let me know.

    Hey there Saabixo_​ 

    First let's try the steps here to be sure all your DLC is fully installed:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
