Apex freezes the entire PC after 05.03.2025 update
Hello! Ever since the last update, which was released yesterday, on June 3rd, Apex Legends has started freezing my whole PC after like 5-10 minutes of playing. I’ve already tried to uninstall, reinstall and repair the game but no luck — it keeps freezing my PC. It’s literally impossible to play Apex Legends right now without hard resetting everything… Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I just want to play Apex Legends, cmon :(
Game crashing randomly
So my game keeps crashing at random times, sometimes it even restarts my PC completely, i checked the event viewer on my pc and it has a lot of errors "File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 10.0, 2025-04-03T08:42:40.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO. Supported features: 0x4." How can i fix it? I can't play the game like this
Season 25 Freezing
I play Apex on the Xbox. Ever since the most recent update launched, my game has frozen or crashed in every single match I’ve tried to play. I even got abandonment penalty for it when I tried to play ranked or mixtape. The game is literally unplayable right now. Is anyone else having this problem? Is Respawn aware of it?
I can't join the apex game
First of all, I started Apex with Steam, around 17:30 on June 8, 2025 Beijing time, a round of ranked competition, my teammates are two cheaters, they can run faster than a car, like flash man bro, I noticed the abnormality, immediately stopped knocking out other players with them, this is very bad behavior, I hate, hate cheating players. Hello, I haven't been online or logged into Apex for a long time because I miss returning to Apex on June 6, 2025. However, I found that my account data was lost and I entered a new account. I don't understand what caused the problem with my account, and I have no history of violations or bans before. I have spent time and money building my beloved game account. It crashes when I select Mad Maggy. It crashes whether I select it for an ally or myself. It can happen in all modes. It happens at least in ranked. I'm on PS4. This issue started happening at the start of the season, and was fixed around May 14th, but it started happening again soon after. Around May 20th it only happened in arena, but now it happens in ranked too. Please fix it.
Missing Season 8,9 and 10 battlepass badges
These badges have dissapeared from my account. I own the reactives for season 9 which proves I have played during that season and own battlepass items from 9 and 10. EA support is now claiming I havent played during those seasons which is insane. Give people back what theyve paid forWrongful Ban Despite Clean Stats – Requesting Manual Review (Case #212490128)
Hello EA Support and Community Managers, I’m reaching out to request a manual review of my Apex Legends account ban. My EA ID is Yuk1AND5akura, and my latest case number is 212490128. I’ve already submitted two formal appeals through the EA Help system. Both were rejected, but I strongly believe this was a false ban and want to explain the situation once more for the record. At the time of the ban, I had a cheat engine open in the background which I had used previously for a single-player game. I forgot to close it before launching Apex Legends. However, I never used it with Apex in any way. It was a genuine mistake, and I’ve always played fairly. The stats during that period clearly show no signs of cheating. I only played 6–7 matches, with a total of around 2400 damage and 3 kills. If I were using any sort of aimbot or wallhack, my numbers would have been much higher. My KD, rank points, and match history are all consistent with normal gameplay. I’ve played Apex Legends for over 1,000 hours and have spent money on the game. I also play other competitive titles like Valorant and Overwatch 2 — I have no reason to cheat in a game I truly love. I could have moved on, but I stayed because I really want a chance to return and keep playing Apex fairly. All I’m asking is for someone to manually look at my account and data. I am willing to provide gameplay logs, screenshots, or anything else needed. Please help escalate this request to the Terms of Service team for one final human review. Lost RP Predator tier from a 14 day suspension
Hi I got suspended for 14 days for harassment I didn’t not commit, to which I disputed multiple times, EA live chat or EA email couldn’t prove of this offence but ignored my dispute and gave no details Any how, after waiting the 14 days today, I logged back into my account to continue the rank grind, to which I had achieved my first time hitting Predator rank, and I have lost over 7,000 RP from 23,606 to now 16,451 This suspension should not have impacted my RP what so ever i would really appreciate if someone from EA can help me & restore my RP I have worked so hard forFreeze In loading screen
It’s freezing loading screen he tell me code or something and main menu cannot enter any game. I try every thing. I restart my PC my network still the same problem. The loading screen there is an error and he say connection to several time Out code:net see ea.com enable to connect for education information.infinite loading screen.
I have had the same problem for a month now and other people have it too and it still hasn't been fixed. please fix the infinite loading screen thing. I have tried everything I could. and I don't think it's a me problem or my pc just because of what I have tried to fix it. Maybe it is and I will need your help, but this is happening to a lot of people.
Girl friend account autobaned day1
I bought my self a pc almost a year ago now. Recently I used my old pc to give my girl friend and daughter their own computer. I had her create a new steam account and create a differetn apex account so we could play together. She played in the firing range a little bit and then at the end of the day logged back on and it was auto banned for breaking tos. She appealed and literally no response or designation how she got banned. If there is a way to fix this let me know and I will input her account info. If not I could easily just reinstall windows under her name and email would that work? We both literally just want to play the game.
APEX Mutes My Entire Win 10 System
A few seconds after entering the lobby, the entire system loses audio. I think an update in Anticheat disables the Creative Audio Driver. I've always used an OLD Soundblaster sound card without any problems. As of today, June 2, 2025, I lose audio a few seconds after entering the lobby. I have to restart the PC to get the audio back. All other games and applications work fine.Mad Maggie crashes my entire Playstation.
Anytime I choose mad Maggie or anyone in the lobby chooses her it crashes my game. It has gotten so bad that my entire Playstation locks up. It seems like anytime I put my real money into the game it just **bleep**s up completely. I just started playing again after losing 1040 hours of progress. Finally bit the bullet and paid money to unlock my favorite legend and get a skin and now she crashes the game no matter who picks it. I've seen many people saying they have this issue yet no one from ea has replied. Are we fixing this issue or do I get to not play apex for almost another 6 months
