Getting disconnected mid game: error code: net
Hi guys As the title suggests I keep getting thrown out of my games. This will happen at any given moment or time. It appears as I lose connection and lag out. Which seems weird to me because usually if I experience lag, I also lag in discord. But this isn’t the case. After lagging out the game wont let me reconnect due to a connection error. If I want to reconnect I need to quit my game via steam and reboot it. Which obviously is quite annoying. All drivers are up to date & steam files are verified. Apex freezes the entire PC after 05.03.2025 update
Hello! Ever since the last update, which was released yesterday, on June 3rd, Apex Legends has started freezing my whole PC after like 5-10 minutes of playing. I’ve already tried to uninstall, reinstall and repair the game but no luck — it keeps freezing my PC. It’s literally impossible to play Apex Legends right now without hard resetting everything… Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I just want to play Apex Legends, cmon :(
stuck on loading screen
yesterday i opened apex and it didnt load the continue button. it worked fine before. restarted everything in the house, reinstalled the game, relinked my steam account and nothing. i saw that some people here have the same issue, so not im the dumb here. also the ea help site is not working. when i resume my case it wants me to start a new chat, when the first i started doesnt even show up. send helpinfinite loading screen.
I have had the same problem for a month now and other people have it too and it still hasn't been fixed. please fix the infinite loading screen thing. I have tried everything I could. and I don't think it's a me problem or my pc just because of what I have tried to fix it. I played for quite some time until I realized that I was not in the region I wanted. My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via PlayStation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my PlayStation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Update 06-11-2025: This issue has been ongoing still and have not received any help from EA support or EA forums. Can i please get some kind of help with this?
Error code 80001 need help
So I keep getting this error code I repaired game files on steam didn't work deleting and reinstalled didn't work download it on EA didn't work repairing game on ea didn't work ran a system check nothing came up and every time this happens it **bleep**s my PC so I factory reset my PC and it worked but now it's happening again and after turning of my PC and turning it on which would stop making my PC go crazy but not fix the game doesn't work my PC keeps freezing and this all happened after I opened apex I don't want to factory reset my PC again please tell me there's a way to fix thisApex: Prodigy season Game randomly closes mid match.
Hi! I don't even know where to start with this issue. Upon redownloading Apex during this new season and playing sometime just randomly during the match my game will close, no crash report, no crash tab, just straight from the game to desktop. I can boot back into matches and sometimes play them through but as the issue has persisted it has gotten worse and worse with me "Crashing" or the game "closing" randomly upwards of 5 times per MATCH. This is honestly ridiculous.
