Missing Season 8,9 and 10 battlepass badges
These badges have dissapeared from my account. I own the reactives for season 9 which proves I have played during that season and own battlepass items from 9 and 10. EA support is now claiming I havent played during those seasons which is insane. Give people back what theyve paid for
Lost RP Predator tier from a 14 day suspension
Hi I got suspended for 14 days for harassment I didn’t not commit, to which I disputed multiple times, EA live chat or EA email couldn’t prove of this offence but ignored my dispute and gave no details Any how, after waiting the 14 days today, I logged back into my account to continue the rank grind, to which I had achieved my first time hitting Predator rank, and I have lost over 7,000 RP from 23,606 to now 16,451 This suspension should not have impacted my RP what so ever i would really appreciate if someone from EA can help me & restore my RP I have worked so hard for
Comeback pass disappeared
I was near finishing my comeback pass with only 2 half-done challanges remaining, but it disappeared after a round of Battle Royale. I started to play again and received my comeback pass on 21st March 2025, so I believe I should still have plenty of time to finish it. I tried clearing my cache by the recommendation of someone from EA live support but it didn’t work.EA account was reset back to level 1 randomly
Hello, I launched Apex Legends and was prompted to select a local save or a more recent cloud save. I chose one and all of my content and progress is gone. All badges, stats, legend unlocks have vanished -- my account is now level 1 again with nothing on it. I have tried multiple logins/logouts, uninstall/reinstalls, etc., and no change. EA_Mako EA_cuervo I have seen both of you help others with this issue, PLEASE HELP
PLS Help !!! My progress from 2020 was missing, after i got hacked
I played apex from 2020, and last march my EA acc got hacked, i get my EA acc back but my apex progress was resetted, can anyone help me, i'm playing only on pc ( Steam ), didnt have any screenshot of my acc, but i still have my apex coin purchase history from steam (check attached img), Can i still recover my acc back ?, cuz, i really2 miss my Wraith heirloom T_T CM edit: screens removed as they contained private information

Hello I need help I recently talked to an advisor about cross progression amd I wanted my account back. He suggested that I unlinked my account from the second ea account and link it to my main where everything was at. I did that and as soon as I open apex again im back at lvl 1 and I dont know what to do.Ash spotlight pass challenge bug
"Basically one of her challenges from her spotlight pass specifically the “Obtain an Epic or higher rarity Hop-Up from a weapon supply bin as Ash” doesn’t work and I’ve tried in multiple games to open a weapon supply bin with the assault legend passive too and picked up multiple Hop-Ups but it just doesn’t count it." That problem has been solved as I understand, but I still have it. Fix it again pls
