Can't connect to the server.
After not playing for a year i decided to come back and play again. Game downloaded and connected normally the first time, but after i created new character (last available slot) i can't connect to the server anymore. I can connect to every other server just fine, but not my main one.
Problem to subscribe
Hello, i've returned after a break and i'm unable to subscribe. On my swtor payment history dont have an option to add credit card. Even when i click at the 30 days of subscribe, i have only option to use the EA wallet money. I cant find where to put my credit card to purchase or fix this issue. Anyone can help? PS: I cannot call the support since i'm not from the support zone.
Request To Unlink SWTOR Account from Steam
Hello, I would like to request the removal of the old SWTOR account that is currently linked to my Steam account. I no longer have access to that old SWTOR account and I would like to create a new one, but I am unable to do so because my Steam account is still linked to the previous SWTOR account. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the email or username used with that old SWTOR account. Could you please help me unlink my Steam account from the old SWTOR account so that I can start fresh with a new one? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Hello. Got back to SWTOR through years (acc was created in 2015). When i attempt to redeem code i got message "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolve. Please contact customer support for further assistance". Don't really know which EA acc is connected. Resetting password on current EA acc didn't help. Hello! I am sure this might be a common problem, but I have purchased my sub yesterday and I still have it on free to play rn. I heard some people in game say that it might be my ea and swotr email to be different? I have recently changed my email to the one I have on EA. Is there something I need to do extra for my account to be recognized? Thank you in advance!
Darth Malgus server not working?
I returned to the game after a while, I had the main character on the server and the one I actually returned to. I bought a subscription, checked on the eve of the purchase whether everything was working and... everything was working. As soon as I paid for my subscription, the game stopped letting me access the server. At first, when creating a Republican character, for some reason, it was possible to choose imperial classes, while I was trying to figure out why this was happening, the server threw me out and wouldn't let me in anymore. It is noteworthy that other servers work stably and when creating characters there, classes of the faction to which the character belongs are available. I came across a discussion from 2023, and it seems that the reason was in the server itself. If anyone has information, can you tell me what to do, wait for the server to be fixed or play on another server?Price not right
When i went and checked the price for subscription on the SWTOR site it says that 180 days cost SEK 99.83 (USD 10.62) but when i go to pay it says that it's gonna charge SEK 599 (USD 63.74) It's like this for the other options as well. So I'm wondering what it's actually gonna charge me?Stuck at Loading screen
Hello there! Have a Windows 10 64-bit where was installed SWTOR. Working until recent times, but two days ago after launching the game started to demonstrate only Loading screen (Heta Col with holocron at center), moreover the lower-right wheel is spinning. No more characters list or servers list (playnig on Satele Shan, but it doesn't matter). Same picture after 20 minutes waiting, and yesterday, and day before. No way to pass it, only crushing game with Alt + F4. What I had be done: Editted "client_settings.ini" with "Fullscreen = false", "D3DFullScreen = false" and "RefreshRate = 60" - doesn't help Editted "ContextError.ini" with "GUI_CharacterSheetVisible = false" to "true" - doesn't help Delete "Greyspaceshadow_Account.ini" and "Greyspaceshadow_AccountDev.ini" in Local, then launching the game. Files appeared again, but infinite loading screen still have - so doesn't help Editted "client_defaults.ini" in Steam game directory with "Fullscreen = false" in Local - doesn't help Refreshed my AMD drivers - doesn't help Tried to do Alt + Enter after launching - doesn't help Verified game files by Steam several times - doesn't help Attaching last log and dxdiag if it will help. I think the problem starting from last update 7.7c but I could be wrong. Please help
Help me i got my user name and password but i cant remeber my email
So i need some help and heres some back story so my pc i a mess and i had to restart my pc and recover all my fills so i almost had noting on my pc after that so i downloaded chrome again and i cant remeber my swtor gmail i have tryed everything but i cant find it. i have my username and password and i can also remeber some of i gmail. so if anyone can help me that whoud be awesome
im from Brazil - Lost Access to Account – Security Key Issue
Hello, I’m from Brazil and I’ve recently encountered an issue accessing my SWTOR account. I recently changed the alias on my Microsoft account and also started using a new smartphone. Since the Security Key was linked to my old phone, I no longer have access to it. As a result, I’m unable to log in to my SWTOR account. I attempted to deactivate the Security Key via email, but at that time, my account alias was different. I’ve since reverted my alias back to the original one and waited over 1 day before trying again. However, I haven’t received any email or update regarding the deactivation process. Additionally, I still have some image files from previous OTP (One-Time Password) requests. For security reasons, I have not attached them here, but I am willing to send them directly to the support team if needed to verify my identity. I’m also unable to contact the SWTOR support phone number because I live in Brazil and don’t have access to international calling. I would really appreciate any help you can provide via email or through the support website. SWTOR is not working on Steam at all
Hi everyone, I have been struggling with launching the game on Steam for almost a year now. Whenever I try playing, the green Play button switches to the blue Stop button, then back to the green one without anything. No error message, no login window, nothing. I checked the firewall - ok. I did the game file integrity check - nothing I checked if the launcher is having the Launch as Administrator set - yes. And when I try to launch the game from that, it says that it's already running (Task manager says otherwise). I reinstalled the game - multiple times It works with the regular client, but very annoying that I could use the Steam version before, and for no apparent reason, now I cannot. Started after switching to Win 11, I believe maybe that's the case, but I know people who can run it no problem with Win 11. There was a link in the forums that people considered the best solution. Of course the site has no longer been available (why would it be...? I need it now...). Is there anyone with a similar issue? Or someone who had the same but found a solution other than reinstalling the entire OS? I went through this forum, the SWTOR forum, the Steam forum... nothing...
Please Help can't start the game
Hi all, I am having a trouble starting the game. I open the Launcher, log in successfully but when I press "play" the launcher disappears (like it's supposed to) but the game does not start up, nothing.... I have DirectX, I cannot for some reason use the repair launcher function and I have restarted the game. Please help :'("Race to the Ruins” – Jedi Knight storyline bug
Race to the Ruins” – Jedi Knight storyline – Lord Tarnis won’t trigger / stuck after initiating any contact or going near Tarnis. I can't move much only from side to side, no commands work and I can't unstuck myself or reset the quest. I have to log out than in again just to move. I have tried everything.
