Can't redeem code SW:TOR

Hello. Got back to SWTOR through years (acc was created in 2015). When i attempt to redeem code i got message "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolve. Please contact customer support for further assistance".

Don't really know which EA acc is connected. Resetting password on current EA acc didn't help.
