EA expansion pack purchase blocked by EA
I tried to purchase the new expansion pack through EA, like I always do - I own them all. My bank said EA blocked the purchase because EA said I was "not present" at the purchase (??!!??) Error code 10005 unable to open EA app
Unable to start up EA app on windows, I have tried running as administrator and cleared the EA cache multiple times. I have got a stable Wi-Fi network, windows is up to date but am still unable to open the app or run any games through home screen.Solved63Views0likes1Comment
Rog Ally X can't change the language
Hello, on the Rog Ally X device I can't change the language of the application or game to my language. The language selection doesn't expand when I want to change it. I click and nothing. A finger on the touch screen, pad or mouse, doesn't work. In other applications there is no such problem. I have restarted my computer, restarted and uninstalled the EA app. I keep getting messages that say background crashed, try restarting and that doesn’t work. I did a clean reboot and I cleared EA cache. It says update not available leave in 4 seconds and it counts down. Hi, is it possible to combine 2 EA/sims accounts together? I have one account that I had from April 2022 to January 2023 that I was logged out of because I connected it to my Facebook when is connected to a email that I no longer have access to or the password for. Currently trying to repair my game - cannot repair due to Access Denied Error
This is the message that has popped up when trying to repair all of my packs. The part scribbled out it my full name - nothing major to helping me fix this. I do not have any anti-virus installed, or at least that I know of. I'm not very tech savvy so I could really do with some help on how I can fix this error. [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. Major Download issues
I tried to redownload WRC because I wanna play it and every time I click the download button, my pc is bricked, the download is stuck at 2 percent, I can't pause nor cancel the download and my task manager, file explorer both crash and most importantly, my storage driver crashes. I tried restarting my pc, it doesn't work I tried to reinstall the ea app, it doesnt work and I cleared all the cache and got a fresh install, yet it still doesn't fix the problem. EA friendlist keeps saying "Connection Failed"
We have been trying to play A way out for over an hour and it says the same thing, did the app recovery, app restart, deleted caches, reinstalled ea, and even restarded our pc's but still NOTHING!! we are both frustrated and we jus wana play fix this pls.
