tattoo issues
I am not sure what I am doing wrong. When I go into tattoos to make custom tattoos for some reason I cant place the tattoos. I cant even layer. I will pick the stamp and try and place it but when I move to place on sims body the pointer turns to a cross. I click and nothing occurs. Is anyone else having this issue? SInce I have purchased business and hobbies expansion I have never been able to use the custom tattoo. FIrst it wouldnt load into cas and now thats fixed but I cant place or layer. I am modded and am on a gaming laptop.
Purchased new game not showing in Library
I just bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 celebration edition, was HOPING to install and play with some friends but the game is not showing up in my Library to be installed. I have cleared the cache, restarted the app, restarted my PC, reinstalled the EA App, and ended the EA services but the game will still not show up in my library. When i go to the game it shows me having to buy it again, when i go to the celebration upgrade says i already have it. Anyone having any similar issues with games not showing up in the library?
EA app won't launch Sims 4
I have encountered this issue before however the usual solutions have not fixed it this time. I launch the Sims 4 and on my Steam library it appears as running for 30 seconds then stops and never loads. It still will not load with my mods folder removed. Solutions I have tried : Repairing using the EA app Deleting cache Uninstalling and reinstalling EA app Removing mods and cc My computer doesn't need an update and I have restarted it several times. Is there any way to fix this?Problem in data save nfs unbound
I was opening need for speed unbound but it said to me your data had been lost. So the game started as if it started the first time, but when i got in the main menu it told me that i was level 60, which was my own level before the data lost, then i went to see my cars I found none of my cars. So is this a problem with ea or a problem with my data on my pc.
Error: The requested operation requires an upgrade
I can't open The Sims 4 because of this error. Everything worked on my other computer, but I can't open the game on my main PC. I tried different solutions, running the game and EA launcher as an administrator, checking the Windows account settings, but everything is fine. There is no reason for such a mistake. I also disabled the firewall for a while and it didn't help either. What can I try to do? :(
EA app crashed unexpectedly.
Hello. EA app keeps giving errors. The error it gives is Ea app crashed unexpectedly. I tried everything to solve the problem. I deleted and reinstalled, updated my drivers, changed my windows version, tried everything on your forum but couldn't solve it. Can you contact me via e-mail? Background services crash
I’ve been trying to download the sims for weeks now. It wouldn’t update so I uninstalled to reinstall it and it wouldn’t install, it would get to 2% and then not go any further. now anytime I try to get on ea won’t work. It keeps saying background services crashed. It won’t let me uninstall the app. I’ve fully reset my computer and redownloaded ea only for the same thing to happen again. Sims gets to 2% and no further. I try to close and reopen ea, it says background services crashed. I try to delete the app to reinstall and it says something went wrong this app is a joke.App not loading even after repairs and reinstall
I have tried EVERYTHING. I've just got on my laptop to play Sims (it's been about a month since I last did) and the EA app wouldn't open, giving me a background services error message. I ran task manager and ended them, but that didn't work. So I tried to reinstall and run a repair... That didn't work. I tried updating my laptop, restarting, uninstalling etc etc NOTHING works. I've done everything multiple times in every order. Is this an EA issue?
Urgent issue with Xbox/EA account linking unresolved for years.
Hi EA team and community, I’m facing a persistent problem with linking and unlinking Xbox accounts to my EA account that has been unresolved for weeks despite multiple support tickets. Here’s the situation: My primary EA account is linked to the email I use daily (I won’t disclose it here for privacy). I have two Xbox accounts: • iosonoAxel (Xbox account currently linked incorrectly to my EA account) • nonsonoAxel (the Xbox account I want to link to my EA account, but it’s currently linked to my father’s EA account by mistake). Because of this incorrect linking, I’m unable to connect my Xbox to the correct EA profile, which limits my game progress, purchases, and online services. I have full access to all the Xbox and EA accounts involved, so I can provide any verification needed to prove ownership and clear the confusion. I’ve already contacted EA support multiple times, but all they do is open tickets that remain unresolved or provide generic replies asking me to wait up to 72 hours. Unfortunately, no progress has been made, and the previous tickets were closed without a real solution. I kindly ask for a direct intervention from a supervisor, moderator, or an EA team member with the authority to manually unlink and re-link these accounts properly, as this is causing me significant inconvenience and blocking my gaming experience. Error Code EC:105
Hello, I've been playing the Sims in my computer and every time I open the gallery to download a built it does not let me. Then my EA app gives me this message error code EC:105 as shown in the picture, my Internet is stable so that's not a problem. I already tried to repair it it didn't work and then I deleted everything and re-download it and it still has the same problem I don't know what to do. I was playing the Sims for years and this is the first time I had a problem. Help me please
Suspension being Denied
Hi, it's me, impacted player. I came here to shared how I was triple charged by EA for two of my orders, and how they've taken two of my orders. I'm sharing just how little EA and EA Help care for their player base. Thankfully, my bank has helped me for the most part and returned majority of my money, unlike EA who refunded me only $54.09 once they realized that I have made a claim with the Federal Trade Commission for fraud, or at least that's what I want believe, but if that were true I think they would've given me back my games/DLC by now. They suspended my first order and my second order. Date: May 21. Description: EA Electronic Arts. Fee: $0.00. Amount: $54.09. This is my first order. Order #1006546523316 2025-05-20. It was a bundle deal of an expansion pack, game pack and a stuff pack. Amount: $54.09. Date: May 21. Description: EA Electronic Arts. Fee: $0.00. Amount: $27.01. This is my second order. It was originally $81.03. Order #1006547323316 2025-05-21. It is 5 different kit packs. Amount: $27.01. My bank gave me back $54.02. Date: May 21. Description: EA Electronic Arts. Fee: $0.00. Amount: $16.22 This is my third order. Order #1006549323316 2025-05-21. It's one kit and one stuff pack. Amount: $16.22 Date: May 22. Description: EA Electronic Arts. Fee: $0.00. Amount: $54.09. EA Help does not help and refuses to look at any documentation you provide them. Either I'm working with lazy human beings or it's nothing but bots all around. I have reported to the EA Help Team multiple time about the triple charges only to be ignored, told I'd receive an email only to never receive one, and when I ask for some confirmation that the team was ever even trying I'd be told that wasn't an option at the time and told I could not have contact with any supervisor. So, I took matters into my own hands to have my bank fix their mistake, only for them to make it harder by take the games/DLC away. To say the very least, this is quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a gaming company.I can't open sims 4 : Error Code 10500
Hi so i was able to play just fine the other day, but later that same day it kept telling me i had connection issues and couldn't open the gallery. The next day (yesterday) I tried to open sims again but it just couldn't open and get pass the preparing game, it would stop half way. When i tried opening the EA app client i kept getting this error. I tried to open it again today, still same error. I have signed out and logged back in, didn't change anything.

I keep getting stuck in a cycle of restarting the app and getting the error “we couldn’t connect to servers, we ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it. restart app” - but it doesn’t fix anything or allow the app to work. it’s already been like this for about three days. the game also doesn’t work when I try opening it from this window, it doesn’t respond.
