EA wont delete my EA account
I want to delete my EA Account I've already made a case at help.ea.com but it no one has ever responded after waiting a while I continued the case and still no one has responded it often says the approximate wait time is something like 8 minutes but after waiting hours no one ever responds does anyone know how I can delete my EA account?SolvedAnonymous3 months ago176Views0likes14CommentsThe EA account linked to my PS account is disabled
I brought battlefront 2 on my ps5 and went to play so went to link my EA account to my PS account but it says there is already a EA account linked. The linked EA account is disabled and has a (hidden) email address I do not recognise therefore can't reset the password, so I cannot get access to it to unlink my PS account and add my actual EA account. It is probably an old EA account or a friend's account from when I was using my PS3 over 10 years ago. How can I unlink the old EA account to my PS account? PS live chat was no help, saying it has to be through EA. So I made a case on EA website but no response and doesn't look active, not sure if it is working or not. Hey I know this is not the place to start a full discussion about a ban and that I have to contact support about this issue, regardless they have not been able to help me. I have received a full EA ban on my account called ‘JumperPack’ for harassment which I find very weird. I have almost 2000 hours on Apex Legends and I also recently bought the new karambit heirloom ( which was not cheap ) I have in total 4 harassment warnings on my account in the span of almost 5 years of playing. I did not recieve a ban for 30 days ever but a full EA permanent ban. The words that I said this time which was the reason for the perm ban are not alright I understand that, but why is it that I get a full perm ban and not a 30 day ban? I have spent money and time in this game and now all of a sudden all of that is lost. Is there anything that can be doen about this issue or does anyone know something to help me? I will attach a file containing the words which got me perm banned and you can make up your mind for yourself. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Something went wrong when my origin turned into EA App and it keep the base game, but lost all my expansion packs. I tried redeeming the codes and they don't work as I already redeemed them. No one will get back with me, and I am so mad. I try not to be a Karen, but I want a manager or somebody in charge to speak with me. Does anyone have the email or phone number to customer support? [Edit, EN only here plz - EA_Barry] I have followed all the necessary steps related to this issue, but my problem has not been resolved. I reached out to support through Epic Games, where I made the purchase, and they mentioned it is an issue caused by EA. I have not received any support from EA representatives regarding this issue. I purchased a 12-month EA Play membership on 28.01.2025, and I am unable to play any games due to this issue. I’ve been trying for over a month to recover my EA account because I lost access to my old email. After finally getting a chat with EA support, here’s what happened: I provided purchase details, invoice, Steam ID, previous email, linked accounts, IP address, and even offered my passport for verification. They refused to help, saying “the details don’t completely match” – yet they won’t even tell me what’s incorrect! I asked them to at least unlink my account from Steam so I could link it to my new email. They refused. So, EA, make up your mind! If this account belongs to me, let me recover it. If it doesn’t belong to me, then why are you refusing to unlink it? Now I’m permanently locked out, can’t play the game I paid for, and can’t buy any future EA games on Steam because my account is stuck. EA’s customer support is completely broken. They take your money, then lock you out with no way to recover your account or unlink it. If you ever lose access to your EA email, good luck—you’re screwed. This is unacceptable. EA needs to be held accountable for blocking paying customers from their own games. submitted my appeal, and it shows that the submission was successful, awaiting a response. However, I can't find the appeal I submitted in my case, and there has been no reply. Hello, I want to install and play FC 24 game via Microsoft Game Pass membership, but I keep getting 404 error in EA App. Microsoft game pass membership is a membership for under 18s. I gave the necessary permissions as a family. After installing Xbox application and giving the necessary permissions, when I wanted to install FC 24 game, it asked me to install EA app. When it installed and logged in, it asked me to create ID and password for my child, I did them. I created ID and password for my son via my own email. But when I want to install the game, I keep getting 404 error in EA App application. EA ID for my son kyrs4589 When I log in with my own email on EA site, I cannot see my son in family. And when I log in to EA site with my own email and want to give connection for Xbox, I get a warning that he is connected to another account. I hadn't logged in to the EA App for awhile, and my password is no longer valid. It's an old account, and I no longer have access to the associated email. I'm writing this from another account I made. I started a chat, and they were trying to verify who I was. I couldn't remember the exact date and last four digits of the card I used for my last purchase. I told him I needed to check my bank statements for the last few years. He said I was a failure, disconnected the chat, closed the case, and now I can't even access the chat feature for support. Is there any other way to contact EA? I'm out 100s, probably more like 1000s of dollars, in games that I bought over the years and can't access. I was able to download the transcripts of the chat, so I can probably make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but that's not going to get my games back. All I want is access to the content that I paid for. Please, if anyone has any suggestions, I would be forever grateful. I opened several tickets, didn't get any response (my ticket didn't even get registered among my cases). Just delete it pls. Hi there, For some reason, my friends list is not showing at all in the EA App — neither on the side panel nor in-game. I've already tried everything I could find online, including: Reinstalling the EA App Clearing the cache Checking and allowing EA through the firewall Making sure my internet connection is stable Running the app as administrator Despite all this, the issue still exists. I’m online and can play games, but I just can’t see or interact with my friends list. If anyone has a fix or insight, I’d really appreciate the help. However, the email account has been deleted, so I no longer have access to it. When I try to log in to my EA account, a verification code is sent to that email address, which I cannot access.
