weird audio hissing noises constantly?

I need help for this audio bug fast. Last night, my games audio had a constant hissing noise all of the sudden and it wont stop unless i sleep or pause the game. No matter where i go i always here it and i tried deleting my game and reinstalling it and it still wont stop unless i mute my audio but i dont want to play without audio. Can someone tell me why this is happening or how to fix it PLEASE!!! I am on playstation.
