Sims packs not showing as purchased on other ps5
Idk what to do about my sims packs. I have 2 different ps5’s that I have purchased packs (online through the playstation store) on. For some reason even though they are purchased under my account I can’t access all the packs on either ps5. I can only access the ones purchased on that particular device. I’ve contacted PlayStation network, EA, researched online… I still can’t figure it out. I was told to do a hard reset on my PlayStation and “revoke certificates” which still does nothing.
Example: if I want to play the cottage living pack I have to use the PlayStation in the living room. If I want to play the mermaid pack I have to play on the PlayStation in the bedroom.
Anyone have any ideas? 😩
