Need help with ea letter
I have received a email from ea, accusing me of cheating in FC25, but I am 100% sure I did not. I've been playing FIFA for like 20years, a skilled player. This is the first time I heard something from EA and it's happened to be a bad thing. I feel desperate.
I remember I was playing like usual that day, in FUT champs, 9 or 10 wins, and some rival games, nothing particular. Then I went out for holiday, after 1 or 2 days I received this email.
Have u guys ever encounter this issue before? I only play this game on my personal computer, never shared my account with anyone. The only thing I'm in doubt is that I was using proxy to help with network connection, otherwise the game is unplayable. You know that in mainland China, the connection to EA server is so poor, you have to.
Already tried to appeal through EA help. What steps should I take now? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
