EAFC 25 Network Problem – Forced Onto Foreign Servers resulting in bad gameplay
EAFC 25 needs serious fixes to its netcode. I’m constantly getting connected to data centers outside my country, which makes gameplay feel sluggish, unresponsive, and completely out of sync. Why don’t we have the option to select a dedicated server or data center, like in Apex Legends? This should be a basic feature in any competitive online game in 2025.

I opened my champs rewards yesterday and packed Tots Messi, along with tradable Olise, i Sold Olise and placed Messi in my team before logging off. Next time i log back in, he's faded out into a concept player along with my Chawinga. WTAF! Only time I've ever packed a good card and this happens. I also checked my quick sell lists and they rare not in there.Packed gold Ronaldo and gold Vitinha twice
I have been on live chat for a numerous of hours trying to get some help on this but they keep saying they can’t help me but I packed gold Ronaldo on the 16th June 1-3am and gold Vitinha 1am and also 5:30pm and these orange man of the match cards went out of packs 16th June 6pm I don’t know what to do, I even had an advisor in one of the chats even admitting after looking at my account that I packed gold Vitinha when his motm card was in packs then he ended the chat straight away. Is this normal for ea? How do I get compensation from this?UT lag out
Every time I go to play any UT game (Rivals, champs, friendlies) I always get kicked. For instance, ill be loading in and to about where it shows me the other teams players it’ll freeze for about 20 seconds. Then keep playing and say we’ve lost connection to your opponent. It’ll take me about 5 times until I can actually get in a game. I’ve seen some people say only have 1 tactic but that hasn’t worked. I’ve seen people say check the connection when choosing jerseys and that also hasn’t helped. I don’t know what to do and it’s honestly disappointing that I even have to be asking this question. If anyone could help that would be great.Sluggish and unresponsive
So I was in a promotional match few days ago but a had a connection problem which disconnected my win but after that my players have been sluggish and unresponsive has anyone else been getting the same effect it’s not WiFi nor skill issues sometimes my player does this mini shake and the ball gets intercepted from him it was all fine a week ago
Season Pass Unavailable - Xbox Cloud
Hi, Ever since FC25 has been added to the xbox cloud I have been playing but the season pass has been unavailable to me this entire time. Since it's on the cloud, I am unable to log out and log back in within the game itself. Any advice would be helpful, thank you!
Stuck on item pick screen
I’ve had this problem for the past few days. The console I use is switch, and whenever I go to enter ultimate team I get stuck on an item pick screen, to reveal three items. However, I am unable to reveal anything or use any buttons on fc25 besides the home button, leaving me stuck on this screen, and unable to access ultimate team.Squad battles endless issues
Yesterday I was playing a squad battles match then I had to go do something, so I paused the game and when I came back a few mins later I found out that it kicked .e out of the match.I played another match and won it and when it was time to get my points, the game told me you have a bad connection and then they marked me losing that game by 3-0, even though my internet is very good and I just checked it on EA website. Today, I thought these problems are done, but they weren't, I just finished a squad battles match and absolutely won the match, but after the time was finished the game just decided to force me to watch the field and nothing is happening. I hope I made myself clear because these issues are annoying me a lot.
