Black Screen DNF

So I've just been playing my champs normally as you would on a Friday night when I load into another game but when I load into this game I'm presented with a black screen with nothing but the skip button present. I can't press anything to make it change and as my friend had this glitch I chose to leave it for some time eventually it'd been 3 hours and I went to sleep with the game still running. I woke up after 9 hours and the game was still running so I decided I was going to reset my app. Once I had done so I reloaded up the game and got a DNF and a loss for the game. I wasted that whole time for nothing.
