activate your game error

Hello, I bought the Battlefield 1 game but every time I try to open the game it gives me this error. I deleted it and reinstalled it. It didn't work. When I enter the requested information there, it takes me to the desktop. When I try to run it again, it gives me an error saying this game is already running. I bought the game with great desire. Please help.
