Incorrect ranked badge
I’m having an issue with my ranked badge not being updated to my peak rank within that season, this is on my season 10 arenas badge which I was the rank of predator and master but I only had received a gold badge. On my stats it shows that I am a predator and master in the splits but I still have the incorrect badge. I have proof of these and this is the ranked badge and not the badge for specific legends by the name of apex predator. I have emailed/opened a case about this before and nothing was resolved. I have looked at forums and seen that some people have also experienced this and was given assistance with this bug but it has not happened to me. My platform used to access the game is Xbox series S and no error was received on the screen.
Accounts Overlapping
My brother and I game share on xbox consoles (series s) the game gives priority to whoever logs on first and forces the other player to sit in the other players lobby, My account is ViperineFlame and as you can see in the attached images the lobby it shows appears as though I was logged in to Shreck5748, however when I click on the profile it pulls up my screen. The ready also flashes on and off if one of us is not readied up. If i leave the lobby it pulls him too, we can not be in the same lobby as each other nor custom games.2 separate console accounts linked/bugged
My brother and I game share across 2 xbox series S, we have two separate accounts however whenever he gets on the game our lobbies bug together and apear to overlap, he can send invites and it will have people join my lobby when when we weren’t in the same lobby then when we que he gets left behind in the lobby, our characters overlap and we can get 2 other people to join and it seems consistently my account that gets put in games while he is left behind. He can not play the game while I am playing, and custom lobbies don’t work either. We have two separate usernames in game and separate progression as well so not sure why this is happening.Wattson Pylon not healing after using a shield cell
When fighting a team naturally you place a pylon for cover and shield however when the pylon is down and you pop a shield cell the pylon will simply reach the next shield bar (post cell) and stop healing even if the pylon still has juice and stops healing until you exit the range and re-enter (from what i can tell but even this is inconsistent) I noticed this a few years back when her Pylon was reworked off of a timer (season 9ish) and expected after taking 2 years out (14 - 24) It would be fixed. I hope this can be fixed relatively soon as this is something she suffers from quite a bit for team support. Thanks :)This profile is not permitted to play online
I am getting the error message "This account is not permitted to play online" when I open apex legends on my Xbox series X and try to get into the game. It doesn't seem to be a consistent error as I am able to get into the game about 1 out of 5 times. I have tried all these things so far to fix it: uninstalling and reinstalling the game, setting my Mac address to clear, resetting my Xbox account saved data, changing my DNS settings to a l google DNS, restarting my xbox. It seems like there must be something wrong with my EA account as it isn't banned or reported but it still displays this message. Its really annoying because sometimes I'm able to get into a match and, my game crashes and I have to restart a couple of times to get back into the game.Ladder points not registering due to error
My wife and I got second place with a solid amount of kills. It jumped both of us into diamond so we got the extra points leading me to 418 total rp and her at 440 rp. Then we both got kicked from apex. When we immediately jumped back on to see if that would put us in first position we found that, yes we made it to diamond with the right amount of points, Although it did not count toward the ladder points.Cannot play with pre-made squad
Ever since the new season, my friends and I cannot play together. We will start off in the lobby as a trio, ready up and then launch into a game. Every single time one of us will get kicked, random person each time. We all play on Xbox. No other games have this issue for us. We've tried everything we can think of - uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting routers, etc. but this issue is STILL happening weeks later. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know of a fix for this?
