I reported the issue with rotational play where every single time I return to a household, regardless of how good the relationship was when I left, the sims are always Very Unsatisfied. This has happened 100% of the time, and often the friendship and romance bars will both be completely full. I’m not sure if this is the same issue here, since in the rotational case it’s NOT about the romance bar dropping, but instead it’s the romance satisfaction becoming Very Unsatisfied for no reason, but my report was closed so I’m adding it here.
This is the issue I'm having, and what makes it worse is that I can't do anything to try to improve their satisfaction because the only option that comes up under Romance in the social pie menu is "offer massage." No flirting, no physical intimacy of any kind even appears as an option for me try and maybe have the other sim refuse. Since both of their bars are full they're very friendly with each other autonomously all the time, but I can't even take them on a date to try to repair things romantically because I don't have way to have interact romantically.
