Yet another awful franchise bug

Wanted to do a 36 team league. Missed the cap floor by a nice bit out of the fantasy draft cause I prioritized ELC’s. Load in, and multiple millions are added on to all of my contracts. Whatever, I’ll sign free agents, hit the cap floor and my contracts will go back to normal… except they didn’t. 

EA, I specifically remember the contracts going back to their original cap hit in this exact situation once you hit the cap floor. Now, contracts that should be absolute dimes for my franchise are arguably an overpay. Why. Are. We. Going. Backwards. Literally took hours to get this rolling and I’m penalized millions in cap space because you guys can’t make common sense decisions. Absolute yikes. What a quality user experience. 🙄
