I played evo elite league today and you get packs and stuff for how many wins you get and to get 14 wins you get Tik taka plus and jockey plus max 96 rated to apply to a card but when I went to apply it on my evo it said max 94 rated where it should be max 96

That’s the thing I never received my tik taka+ I only received my jockey plus
