Every time I try to install the game, the process stops at 97% and gives me an error asking me to try again. However, even after multiple attempts, I keep getting the same error. I’ve tried various solutions, including following instructions from support, but nothing has worked so far.

Yes you should open a folder and then copy and paste this file path into the explorer bar.

Delete anything in the folder

After deletion go back and reinitiate the install and it should stop at 96% then go to 100%. Note: If you cannot see anything in the folder turn on HIDDEN FOLDERS for your view so you can see it and delete it.

Go to where the files are being downloaded get into the InstallLog.txt inside of the installer__ folder. Mine is inside of the main battlefront 2 folder.
Using the log go to the windows location where the log is saying the last file was being copied, look at that directory and delete any pre-existing file in that folder matching the name of the last file in the installlog.txt
This got me past 97% since the file already existed and the program didn't know how to delete and overwrite the existing file.
