Collection un-equipped glitch

Ive had this issue for years and gave up on trying to fix it but it's gotten to the point where it really bugs me. Every time i open battlefront 2 on my xbox all my equipment such as starcards, emotes and appearances etc get un-equipped then i have to go through every character and re-equip every item i have. I also get the tutorial hints when you first open up the game. The progress on my characters are fine gut its just the equipment thats bugged for me .If anyone has any information on how to fix this on xbox i would really appreciate it a lot and would end my torment of having to go through every character for the rest of my life re-equipping all my items.
