Can't link my accounts

Question

I can login into my ea account and my playstation account but it will not let me link my accounts. It's saying:

Your accounts can't be linked because your

PlayStation"Network account GlacierDark

already linked to your EA Account for

64*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account

can only be linked to one

PlayStation"MNetwork account in its lifetime.
