Paid for no ads

Question

My son and I play plants vs zombies on my google pixel 6 and I paid 2.99 to remove the ads from the game. We are still getting ads, and they are really creepy ads too. I attached some images of the ads below. I tried restoring the purchase and nothing, the ads still play. I like listening to spotify while playing and every time an ad plays it stops the music, forcing me to quit the app to play the music again which often leads to another ad when opening the app again. Please help, if this can't be resolved I want my money refunded.&nbsp;

Is there a better way to get in contact with someone who can help me? This website is linked when you try to get in contact with the developers on the google play store but looking around a bit it seems like more of a forum for the community? Is this seriously how they handle their issues?

I am running into the same error.&nbsp; I was able to send an email to their support.&nbsp; I'm still waiting to hear back.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Same with me. I purchased no ads for 2.99 and it worked for maybe a month and now ads are showing up again on every level. When i go into the games shop and select "Remove Ads" again and then hit "Restore" it glitches out with a "connecting please wait" but nothing happens.

I contacted EA support and I had to bug them again when I got no response in a week. Finally I got a reply today from Abhishek of "Please let me share with you that we don't have any functionality where we could change the settings to stop the Ads you are getting, so I would suggest you to please contact Google Play support services as they can assist you with the issue better."

So I guess now I will reach out to Google Play support and see if they can help...

I have the same issue and response. We're you able to resolve? They are so frustrating to deal with! But very polite while telling you to 'stick it'.

Nope, I've been met with complete radio silence. We had to stop playing the game because the ads became too bothersome.
