Youth academy suggestions

A way to make the youth academy in career mode more realistic would be to let youth players be called up to the senior team but still be able to play in the youth team just like in real life. Also I think it would be nice if we could send real U18 players to the youth academy too so that they can develop while still being able to be called up to the senior team when necessary. Also a little far fetched but maybe we should also be able to play in the youth academy in player career as well.
