It would be nice if the new forum was like the old forum. When ea posted in the thread it had an ea icon beside it.  On here you can miss their posts besides when it’s solved. 

No, just the community managers read it. And their job is to shut down the most angry posts. Bless their work, because it can't be easy to defend a cowardly company like Ea🥵
