Stutters

After the latest title update I've been facing major issues in my Steam FC25. The cutscenes are stuttering and more importantly I'm facing micro-stutters while playing matches in UT. I've tried every fix I could find online but nothing's working. Tried reinstalling windows and yet nothing changed.

My PC specs are:

AMD R3 3100

AMD Radeon RX 5500XT 8GB

16 GB DDR4 RAM
