Opponents quits, no points awarded.

 EA Sports makes getting in touch with someone or even find chat "Mission Impossible". Anyway,
I was just playing online seasons (FC25) and scored 2 goals (so 2-0), first half. The opponent just decided to quit. 
The match didn't count and there were no points given. I know it is "just a game" but it is really frustrating as it keeps happening and 
this isn't the first time! Totally ruins game experience. 
Please guide me at how to contact someone about this. Whomever is responsible for this messed up system needs to be held accountable. Cunsumers expect the purchased products to deliver as stated. The opponent can quit as much as they want but the points must go to the other player. I am having to "play it slow" at the begining of the game so that the opponent doesn't quit and go to their mom crying, losing no points! 
The developer that has allowed for this need to be held accountable.
