Just want my Dreamchasers Gullit

I completed this sbc on the 25th of april

I completed it went straight to bed and woke up the next morning and he wasn’t in my club. I immediately checked my quick sell recovery as i thought i’d maybe accidentally discarded him or the sbc glitched or whatever. He wasn’t there. i contacted the team to ask for help. They told me that they’d found a compromise on my account so i assumed that he was submitted into an sbc by a hacker of sorts. I was then told that even though there was a compromise, they couldn’t help as i’d been involved in “coin distribution” i have never bought or sold coins throughout this entire game cycle so that’s just a blatant lie and that they didn’t think he was submitted into an sbc anyways. So i went onto my final assumption that he was never even in my account to begin with. I raised a missing content case and they told me i discarded him, obviously not true as i checked my quick sell recovery numerous times as soon as i noticed he wasn’t in my account the day after completing the sbc. I have been given the runaround and constantly lied to by this incompetent help team and just want this godforsaken card back in my account, i don’t know who i need to talk to to just get this fixed but i am beyond fed up with this company.
