Some suggestions for additions to fc career

Manager Career mode has been quite fun this year, atleast for me, but I feel like a few things are missing that could make progression more fun. Most of it is regarding youth players and playerprogression where some things feel a bit wonky or missing

  • Players taking too long to reach their potential when playing at the club you're managing at
    • Dynamic potential is amazing and I think they could improve it massively by having players become better a bit faster if there is a lot of work to do with the rating to get to the potential. Say a cm is 55 rated at 17 but with 94 potential. To get there, this player will realistically go about plus 10 rating a year for 3 years minimum in order to reach this. maybe atleast to an 83 by the time hes 21. But right now you wont make it even if hes playing at your club consistently this whole time. Making ratings jump faster for high potential low rating players would help this.
  • Scouting with multiple scouts in one country
    • If I want to try to get triple the talents from Albania, why doesnt the game let me? It would be understandable for the consistency of getting gems could go down a little bit, but there are more than 6 talents a month a club could potentially scout in a single country. This also would make it more fun to try to get a NT all the way to the top yourself with just hard work.
  • Players that get weird stat distribution because of the player roles and the stats they boost
    • Giving the possibility to specifically target certain stats would be a cool way to improve a player in a certain way, and push a player to learn something new. At Ajax Brobbey got some expert striker coaching to improve his finishing specifically, and Sem Steijn got some extra help in his playmaking in order to make him a more complete midfielder. I'd like to see a version of this inside the development center to make youth players with weird distributions more viable if you want to invest the effort
    • A weird problem with the training inside roles is that all winger plans have no balance boost and all CB plans give no stamina. This would also be helped a bit by having us choose to focus on it before, after or during a training plan.
  • Get newly generated players into clubs immediately
    • All regens now come into the free agents list on day 1. This basically kills the progression if youre at a lowerleague or low level club, and then Navas retires and now your GK is 84 rated, when your team average is 66. Just bring them into clubs in the league or even the nation that the old player was in again like before. Its okay to have a new cristiano, but making it seem like this player has existed earlier, would seem more fun
    • Also the game should just generate more players in general that are better, from new nations or the same nations. Not only when good old players retire.
    • Lastly I miss a few player archetypes when generating new players. Slow strong strikers don't exist in generating new players or the youth academy. Slower wingers or really defensive CDMs neither.
  • Have board expectations make more sense
    • Ofcourse the goal of careermode is to build up your club, thats fair. But it cant be that I start at Oxford United, have the goal first season to go up, and then say yeah go up again, and then when I finally hit the PL immediately expect us to get CL football. This gets negated by the no sacking, but it feels a bit like cheating because it feels unfair.

I hope I have structured this in a way that makes any sense and maybe even someone from EA could comment on these ideas to see if they might get looked at or if it might even be possible withing FC25.
