I keep getting this error message when trying to open Madden 25 (which I purchased through Epic Games) that says:
"we've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA account, you'll need to connect to the internet"
How do I resolve this?
Community ManagerHi there. It's possible your antivirus software is causing this. Check to see if Madden 25 is allowed through it.
It seems odd to me that that could be the issue since it is running Madden 23 without issue. Any ideas on where to look for that sort of allowance or denial of access?
Community ManagerDid you try what I suggested? This is often caused when an antivirus software is blocking access.
I do not have specific antivirus software, but I allowed it through the firewall as well as the router settings. Trying a complete reinstall of the two programs to see if anything changes.
