Will the beta download at a certain time or did my code glitch?
(Xbox) entered my code, it registered and said “got it” but no download started.
So, as an FYI that a lot of people unfortunately will not see, the marked solution is NOT the solution. So, for those of you still scrolling down to find out what to do, here's the actual fix:
And I have just solved my own issue. If you're like me and having this issue, ignore all the advice about resetting the console. That's not the issue.
Also, don't check your library under Owned Games.
What you want to do instead is go to My Games & Apps > See All > Full Library.
Stay there rather than tabbing over to Owned Games.
Scroll down to the letter C, which will take a minute if you're like me and have Game Pass Ultimate.
You're looking for CF26 College Test Realm, NOT CFB 26.
When you find CF26 College Test Realm, click the button to install, and the download should begin.
The preorder is what is causing the confusion. I hope this helps!
