Received TWO invalid codes

So I received the beta code yesterday but didn't have time to play it. I try to redeem the code that was in the email in PS, and it said that the code was already used, couldn't even press download. I goto the website to enter in the already used code so I could get another one, no biggie right? Yep. They sent me another code that was already used AGAIN. I have email proof of this as well. How can I get an actual valid code, because it won't even give me another one. Thanks.
