I just received the email today that I was in the closed beta and received my code. I went to the store in Xbox and entered the code. It was a success and got the congrats pop up. I also received the confirmation email of the purchase/redemption of the code. But I still do not have anything in my queue for a download and I can’t just search the closed beta version in the store. Anyone know where it might be?
Same issue... not showing anything. tried rentering code says "already redeemed"
Same issue, EA seems to not care though, made a case and just got an automated message pretty much saying "oh well"
I even tried restarting the console too
just tried to hard reset n its working now.. showed up in my 'Owned Games'

I had the same problem.. Restarted my console then went to my owned games and there it was. Downloaded it just fine.
