Issues with PayPal during subscription purchase
I'm trying to buy EA Play Pro and the only available payment method is PayPal. When I login to PayPal I can see message that the card I have linked is not available for this purchase. I contacted my bank and PayPal support and they confirmed that there are no issues on there side that can block the purchase. Has anyone faced similar issue?
Achievements are not available on EA Play
I want to start off by stating I am not referring to XBOX Achievements via the PC Game pass, I am aware that you cannot earn Xbox achievements playing an EA title on Gamepass. I am referring to the EA app itself, not a single game available on EA Play has achievements even the ones that obviously do such as The Battlefield and Need for Speed series of games. The only games that I am able to earn achievements in are the two that I own, not associated with my subscription. Is this working as intended? To not allow users to earn EA achievements through EA Play games?
EA Play Scammed Me
I subscribed to EA Play thinking it would charge Rs 399/month as shown in the app. My region is set to Pakistan, and the app displayed Rs399/month not mentioning it would be charged in Indian Rupees. I was unexpectedly charged Rs 1420 PKR, more than thrice the amount it was showing. This is misleading and I'd like a refund or adjustment. If my region is set to Pakistan why are you showing me the currency in Indian Rupees and not even mentioning it is INR (Indian Currency) and not PKR (Pakistani Currency). How can I get my refund, if I didn't get my refund, I will sue them for Misleading Information and Scam. [Personal info removed - CM]
I have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game.
I clicked the download button on Xbox app, Yes my Xbox is connected, yes I've logged in and out, nothing appears to work, from what I've been reading this is a known issue that has not be solves after years of it bugging, i want to be able to down games to play with friends but i am not able to, someone help, im on windows and i have a F11 gaming laptop.
Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. Hello, I have been in contact with EA support about my case, but suddenly the case is closed and I have got no feedback. My issue is that I had a XBOX Gamepass account with a email address that got hacked and stopped working as a login email to Gamepass. I changed the email and got a new gamepass login/user, but now I can´t connect my Xbox account to the EA Play app because it says that only one email ever can be connected to it. Is there anyone that can help me with this, it´s frustrating because there are so many EA games I want to play on Gamepass. "Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for tu*****@outlook.com was previously linked to the Xbox account for Turbotraktor508. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."
How To Download Get To Work (EA Play)
I have XBOX GamePass and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. In game, it says that I own Get To Work because it’s part of my GamePass. I see the world and everything, but I can’t access it or any of its features because it says something like “these will appear in-game when the pack is installed”. I went to my EA app and there’s no option to download Get To Work, only to buy it, which I can’t currently afford to do as money is tight. I went to my library and clicked “manage add-ons”, but Get To Work doesn’t show up despite the Sims itself acknowledging that I own it. I’m confused. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve seen other people need help for the same issue on this forum, but none of the solutions work for me when I try them.
There was a problem validating your EA Play subscription
Good afternoon, I'm trying to play the 10-hour trial version of EA Sports FC 25, it tells me to start the evaluation, everything normal, but when I go to the main menu, the message "A problem occurred while validating the status of your EA Play subscription. Please try again" appears and I press advance and the game closes, I've already uninstalled the game, I went to Xbox support, here at EA support and no one was able to solve this problem, I don't know what to do anymore, I want to play EA SPORTS FC 25, I have an active EA Play subscription (Through Xbox Gamepass Ultimate), my 10-hour trial of EA FC 25 hasn't ended, so much so that the message "Enjoy your evaluation" appears as soon as I start the game, and I also tested two other games in the 10-hour trial, NHL 25 and EA College Football 25, and both worked normally, only EA SPORTS FC 25 does not advance to the main menu.
